After a few months of intense work we can finally tell you: we are opening a new restaurant!
In the middle of Plaza de la Alfalfa we will open Maccheroni Alfalfa next Sunday, October 27, which will be our sixth restaurant in Seville and our fourth Italian in Seville, Seville's Little Italy.
Maccheroni Alfalfa is a temple of true Italian gastronomy. With a fresh pasta workshop open to the public, with Italian products, it will bring the essence of our beloved Italy closer to the center of Seville. Traditional recipes of Italian cuisine, homemade pasta at 100% and what promises to be the star of the menu, our evolved Napoletana pizza. It is an innovative recipe that we have developed together with our Chef pizzaiolo Antonio Silvestre that we have just presented at the international fair HostMilano and that has conquered the public.
Eccellenza of evolved Napoletana pizza
We have been offering our love for elaborate gastronomy in our restaurants for almost twenty years. Our Italian restaurants Maccheroni&CO, L'Oca Giuliva and La Gallina Bianca are referents of authentic Italian cuisine at a national level and Mom's Bistro and Gusto They are two examples of avant-garde gastronomy that have already won the palates of many.
With this new member of the family, the GMI Group will have four Italian restaurants, the true Little Italy of Seville.
