At Gusto (Calle Alemanes, 23) we have launched a new menu and it must be said that it captivates.
What can you find?
Among the tapas and delicatessens you will find a lot of raw materials and recipes from the south of Andalusia, Andalusian ajoblanco with smoked octopus cubes, black tempura shrimp, Pil-Pil cod confit and classics such as ham croquettes and pork cheeks. Iberian pork at low temperature.

También hemos decidido apostar por el pescado de lonja y traemos lomito de atún rojo de Cádiz que acompañamos de una tempura de alga nori con mayonesa de wasabi y “pescaito frito” tan del sur con una friturita de pescado que varía según mercado. Un plato muy singular y que a nosotros mismos nos ha sorprendido es el filete de rape envuelto en «guanciale» con crema de patatas violetas, escalopin de foie gras y trufa, una fusión de materias primas excelentes de Andalucía y de Italia. Son platos originales y cautivadores con los que queremos recorrer la geografía del sur de España y utilizar la materia prima de mejor calidad que fusionamos con ingredientes exclusivos y exquisitos que importamos de Italia como el “guanciale”, una chacina italiana preparada con papada de cerdo.

Healthy and original vegan and vegetarian options play a prominent role in our menu. Among the vegan dishes you will find the beetroot gazpacho with tofu granita, olive powder and pumpkin seeds, the false Moussaka and the black quinoa and bulgur Tabbouleh among other tempting options. On the vegetarian menu are the spinach and chickpea meatballs, the fresh Italian burrata with Torta de Inés Rosales and the seasonal vegetable crudité.
We remain faithful to our paellas and rice dishes, Valencian paella, Senyoret rice, black squid rice, Sabater rice or the mixed seafood, meat and Iberian paella.
For the most carnivorous we have the creamy Baked lamb shank, beef tataki with confit shiitake mushrooms and low-temperature crispy pork belly with Pak Choi.
Of course we wanted to bring new airs to our dessert menu: the Sevillian "Torrija" in the style of Gusto (a true delicacy not because we say so!), the white chocolate mousse and the traditional panna cotta with strawberries and crumble will surprise to your palate
