Because everyone likes to eat at an hour, we have decided not to close our kitchen and now you can come to Mama Bistro at any time.
We have the kitchen open from 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Tuesday closed and Wednesday we open at 8:00 p.m.)
We also have new additions off the menu:
- Octopus with burrata, passion fruit coulis, asparagus and basil oil
- Bluefin tuna nigiris from Cádiz
- Nigiris Sea and Land-Ox, bluefin tuna, sea bass, duck magret and red mullet. Marinated in oyster sauce.
Among the lightest and freshest dishes, the most desired in summer, we recommend you try: Zucchini carpaccio marinated in ginger-with buffalo mozzarella, steamed prawns, cherry tomato and kalamatas and the quail salad-with Lebanese hummus, figs in season, feta, beetroot, lime and cashews- You can check our letter
