and you... what pizza are you from?
Pizza lovers are in luck in Seville, as Farina 23, the new GMI Group establishment, will open its doors in a matter of days. This place, located in the central Plaza de la Alameda de Hércules, will offer a 360º concept of Italian pizza, with a wide variety of recipes and formats so that the public can enjoy authentic Italian pizza.
The news has been picked up by the ABC newspaper, which highlights the GMI Group's trajectory in quality Italian restoration in Seville. With establishments such as Maccheroni & Co, La Gallina Bianca, L'Oca Giuliva or Gusto, the GMI Group has established itself as a reference in the city's Italian gastronomic offer.
The Farina 23 oven will be in charge of our pizza master Antonio Silvestri, who comes from Caserta, in the Campania region. Silvestri is an expert in the preparation of traditional Italian pizzas, with a technique and know-how that have led him to be recognized in the sector, with a long history within GrupoGMI.
At Farina 23, we will offer a wide variety of pizzas, going through some of the most emblematic recipes of Italian pizza. Thus, there will be everything from Roman pizza, with its thin and crunchy dough, to Neapolitan pizza, characterized by its spongy bite. You can also try fried or al padellino pizzas, an old Neapolitan recipe that is served cut into portions and each one has different ingredients. Bachata, a variety that has been a trend in Italy lately, will be another option on the menu, with a spongy dough base and a crunchy one with a filling inside.
Farina 23 is presented as an unavoidable option if what you want is to get closer to Italian pizza from the variety. We want to offer a complete and authentic experience, in which our customers can enjoy the different flavors and textures of the different Italian pizzas. All this, accompanied by a selection of superior quality Lambrusco and Prosecco.
We also propose a special and fun pairing with cocktails and pizza with which we intend to surprise our diners.
